Like many people, I trusted what I saw online: beautiful photos, promises of quality, smooth delivery timelines. But when the products arrived, reality was different — inconsistent quality, delays, misdeliveries, and endless back-and-forth with overseas suppliers.

After experiencing this repeatedly, I realized the issue wasn’t the product — it was the system behind it.
